Even when we arrived earlier than expected they gave us access to a smaller room to rest up until our room was ready . The room service menu options were delicious. The villa was beautiful!!!! I wish the jacuzzi got hot but i guess it wasn’t mean to be a jacuzzi lol So don’t be too surprised that it’s the same temperature as the pool. "HI, thank you for accommodating us on our recent stay. It was a beautiful resort, and the pools were so good. The only thing I did not like was the food in the restaurants for the price paid was not very good. I did expect better food from here although I would still return for another short stay. I am very glad I did not get the all-inclusive package for that reason. I am also happy we were located in the rooms closest to the pools as if we had of been down the other end it would have been too...
