Super Lage, sehr schöner Blick in den Kurgarten.. Sehr schönes Ambiente. Ein großer Topf zum Nudelnkochen wäre super!

Sehr altes Kurhaus

Der Zustand dieser alten Wohnung ist noch wesentlich verbesserungsfähig. Die Beschreibung 2 Schlafzimmer ist übertrieben. Das zweite Bett im Wohnzimmer/ Küche musste ausgezogen werden und war als Sofa schon recht ausgesessen. Die Küche ist minimal ausgestattet. Das alte Badezimmer hat zwar einen neuen duschvorhang, aber der Heizkörper ist sehr alt und nicht sauber. Insgesamt war es sehr muffelig, aber auch ruhig und die Aussicht in den Park wunderbar.

Es war eine unkomplizierte Abwicklung möglich, die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung, ist zentral und trotzdem ruhig gelegen.

Die Wohnungen bietet alles, was für ein Aufenthalt erforderlich ist. Durch die zentrale Lage isind viele Ziele zu Fuß erreichbar. Durch den dazugehörigen Parkplatz und den Kurzzeitparkplätzen direkt vor dem Eingang ist die An- und Abreise stressfreier, als bei vergleichbaren Wohnungsangeboten in der Umgebung. Eine kleine Spülmaschine würde in die bereits gut und modern ausgestattete Wohnung noch reinpassen.
