Dimora degli Ulivi is a panoramic villa in Badesi with stunning views over the Gulf of Asinara. Surrounded by Mediterranean scrubland and the scent of olive trees, it offers an authentic Sardinian experience that combines nature, tranquillity and modern comfort.
The villa spans two floors and is ideal for families, couples or remote workers, sleeping up to 6 guests in bright, well-appointed spaces, with exclusive access to private gardens, a panoramic terrace and reserved parking.

From the covered patio and the panoramic terrace you'll enjoy a spectacular view over the Gulf of Asinara. The sunsets here are truly unforgettable.
The two private gardens, fragrant with rosemary and lavender, are perfect for relaxing in the shade, reading or dining outside. The fully equipped BBQ makes evenings under the stars even more enjoyable.

• Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom and shower bathroom
• Upper floor: spacious living room with sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom with tub

Remote work

Guests can use a shared outdoor pool, available from 1 June to 30 September.
Beach and surroundings
The beach at Badesi is approximately 1.5 km from the villa. The nearest beaches — Li Junchi, Li Mindi and Li Feruli — are among the finest in northern Sardinia, with golden sand and crystal-clear water.

EV charging
The villa has a private charging point for electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles (7-metre cable included). Three levels available: light, standard and fast charging. The service is activated at check-in with separate billing.

Access
Self check-in with personal code. Guests have exclusive access to the villa, private gardens, panoramic terrace and private parking (1 covered space + 1 open space). For security reasons, some exterior areas of the property have CCTV coverage.
