“The wood-fired hot tub and fire pit was a highlight of our stay that was worth the money! The electric blankets were a welcome (and needed!) bonus for our October stay in the Jubi tent. The view in the morning, lighting, design, and other accommodations and facilities on site were great! The staff were helpful and answered all of our questions. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the cats and hedgehogs were great to see wandering around the site! We loved the eco-friendly aspect; if you think this……

“When you balance the comparative price of other places in the area and the quality of the room you get, this place was excellent, and I would stay again. Nice fittings, spacious, etc. It's a little quirky. There won't be anyone at reception when you arrive and the front door will be locked, anyway, regardless of whether you are within reception hours. It's not the most obvious sign, and there are two potential front doors, but eventually you'll see the sign that says you need to call a number……

“The hotel is pretty run down. We stayed in a corner room on the bottom floor. It had a balcony but there are pidgeons living there. They were noisy and there was poo all over. The room has no AC so we had to ask for a fan. You hear all the noise of people walking above. The bar and restaurant upstairs were very nice and the staff was very accomodating.”

“We've stayed here on several occasions as the location is very good. The room was very big and clean and comfortable, there was some noise in the morning as it was partly under the stairs and we could hear people going up to breakfast, but it was very quiet all night. The tap in the toilet wouldn't turn on properly but reception were quick to sort. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Good reception staff and handy to have a restaurant onsite as arrived late and was hungry! Hotel was undergoing maintenance when I stayed, but didn’t concern as only here overnight.”

“We had a great apartment, clean, large and well equipped, with good decor. The bed was big and very comfortable. The location is great it's very easy to access the centre of Groningen with a short walk. My only criticism would be that it was very hot and it was hard to cool the room down. That said we were there during very hot weather. But all in all, a great place to stay.”
