Staff members were very nice. The building and location are excellent! I am giving it a three star because the unit we stayed in had a sewer smell coming from the bathroom and kitchen. Pillows have bad musty odor. Some of the coffee mugs had broken handles. TV only had one channel. The overall unit is good. Restaurant is very good. South side views and restaurant's terrace views are great. But this unit (603) has bad smells in the bathroom, which flow into the whole apartment. Seems like the shower doors trap water causing mildew/mold, plus seems like someone used some chemical perfume to try to mask it. Also sewer smells came in to the bathroom once in a while, not sure how, probably through the exhaust vent when it was off. Not pleasant lol. Also, the nearby apartment building and/or other houses have alot of dogs that bark on/off throughout the night, plus some people are periodically noisy, creating a very noisy environment for sleeping. So I'm sorry to say but I don't recommend this hotel. Staff was great though, and the odors issue COULD be fixed by replacing shower doors with a curtain and diagnosing the periodic sewer smell. But as for the general area's dog barking, I don't know if that's fixable without new city noise laws.
