All of the staff were very friendly. Cleaning lady was the best. She made sure she checked in with us each day. She really treated us like family. The shuttle between the 3 resorts was very convenient. Overall really a great experience.

We found a bug in the shower. The hallways and room smelled like humidity. There was a bloody tampon right outside of the pool next to us. This is the second time staying at this hotel and I won’t come back for a third time. Very nice hotel but the people make it look so cheap.
