When u arrived to my room. Housekeeping doesn’t left towels. I called it sonyheybcab bruno some and takes a lot time. Next day we don’t have service for the room. Housekeeping department is horrible

All of the staff were very friendly. Cleaning lady was the best. She made sure she checked in with us each day. She really treated us like family. The shuttle between the 3 resorts was very convenient. Overall really a great experience.
