Good vibes

I wish I could give this resort a 5 star rating but my fiancé and I were not very fond of this resort. To begin, I will say that our room was fine and clean when we arrived which is why I gave it a two star rating. The staff though..the concierge were nice but the waiters during lunch and dinner were rolling their eyes, exhaling when asked for something, and were not happy to be there. I understand having a bad day one night but this was occurring during multiple nights to the point of us not wanting to eat anymore. Not to mention my food poisoning. I ordered a medium rare steak and ate it because I was starving. The meat was barely cooked and was not medium rare. It seemed more thrown on the grill for grill marks and still very very raw. The options for food were also all the same EVERY NIGHT! Who wants to pick from the same menu every night at a 4 plus star resort? The food was mediocre and just sad. The resort location is extremely far from all the excursions, the road leading up there sucked. I didn’t feel comfortable asking the staff for help arranging for a boat cause I knew for a fact that I would get attitude from them so I made arrangements myself to save me the frustration and headache of having to deal with that. The only good thing about this place was the security were nice and friendly, we were able to rent kayaks finally on the last day, and the breakfast staff were great. Other than that, don’t waste your time or money. Pay a little more for convenience
