The property is located in a residential area. The domicile is also popular because of its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture, porch swing, campfire site, dog kennel, and courtyard. **Location** Balatonfűzfő. The holiday home is located on an enclosed garden plot of 860 sqm with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property. Automatic doors and automatic garage door approach. **Special** Air conditioning, central heating (gas, wood/coal), underfloor heating. Cot, high chair, internet access (Wi-Fi), iron, washing machine and tumble dryer. Television reception via cable. German channels are available. For your **safety**, the accommodation is equipped with a smoke detector. **Pool** All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-April to mid-October, heatable 3 m x 6 m, 1.5 m deep). Pool sliding roof. The pool is bright, allowing you to use it at night. The water temperature is 28-34 degrees Celsius.
