### Chic studio apartment in Bale near Rovinj

Escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy a relaxing vacation at the Black and White Studios in the medieval town of Bale. Studio 1 is located on the first floor of the house and offers 32 m² of living space for 2 people. A comfortable double bed, a comfortable couch and a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher) provide plenty of comfort. Air conditioning, free WiFi and a flat-screen TV are of course available. There is also a small terrace with seating outside.  
The medieval old town of Bale as well as restaurants, bars and stores are just a short walk from the house. The beaches at Camp Mon Perin are 6 km away and can be reached by bike or car in just a few minutes.
