Staff/Manager apologetic and refund the difference in cash.Was initially given a car park view room with balcony over a smoking area and cigarette smell coming up from below. "Hana and her son Nedim took excellent care of us. The rooms are spotless. Breakfast plentiful and the best part. The AC was awesome. Breakfast on the terrace was nice. And personal. Although no dedicated parking. Very easy to find some on streets around the guest house. Highly recommend. Easy access to everything. Walkable and quiet area. "

"Ideal location right in the centre of the city. the parking had changed because of a contract issue with the underground parking site (if i understood the explanation correctly) to a site a short walk away for £3 per day which wasnt a problem. The room was clean and spacious. Staff were excellent and welcoming. It was off season and we were the only guests so breakfast was served chilled which in winter wasnt totally ideal. There were no coffee/ tea making facilities in the room but walking down to the bar wasnt a hardship. The bar seemed to run as a seperate entity but the barstaff even brought coffees up to our room when requested. The heater in the room though a little noisy kept the temperature very comfortable. Overall i would recommend and maybe our next trip will be in the summer and see if the few shortcommings were just because we were the only guests."
