Unfortunately the house itself seems to be the only part of the property that has been renovated and what will be a lovely fairy garden, replete with waterfalls, was marred by construction rubbish. "Large country cottage, well stocked in the kitchen for those bits that are so easy to forget. Underfloor heating a real treat. Beds really comfortable. Me and my five sisters would definitely stay there again. If I had one suggestion, it would be that the entrance off the main road needs to be sign posted as is easy to miss when you are new to the area."

The kitchen diner is adequate with all you’d need to cook a meal, although the utensils and pans could do with an upgrade, they’re getting well worn. Decent living room with tv rounds it off well. "

"We arrived early at the hotel, and were able to check in, although our room wasn't ready. We were greeted by very friendly staff at reception. Ann was particularly friendly. After a coffee in the bar/restaurant we went off exploring. We received a text to say that our room was ready, but we were enjoying Wexford town, so returned later. Parking was easy. Our large room had a great view over the river. The room was comfortable & clean with good facilities, as was the bathroom. We had dinner in the Dry Dock Bar, a little pricey, but delicious. Breakfast was a hot & cold buffet with lots of choice. Overall a great stay."
