“Nice clean rooms. Comfy beds. The toilets are communal but there’s lots of them so we never waited for them. It actually speeded us all up getting ready as we had a toilet each in the morning. Free supplies for breakfast and a fully functioning kitchen. Big car park too. The only negative was the check in process. You collect keys from the bar and there was a party on so we had to wait half an hour for someone to come with the keys ”

“I cant fault this hotel it provided all the amenities of a great hotel but with a unique homely feel. Staff were all lovely and very welcoming and the food was great especially the breakfasts. The bar/restaurant has a nice atmosphere and looks cosy at Christmastime with the decoration. Thanks so much to all at the New Park for a lovely stay we will be back again. ”

“Staff was very helpful and friendly but this is far from a 4 star hotel. Rooms and common spaces are very dated. One of the beds in our room was lopsided from wear and in the bathroom the toilet tissue is in a dispenser like in a public toilet. ”

“Although building works currently taking place, with no impact on my stay other than slightly trickier with parking, I was able to park nearby & enjoyed a great stay at this hotel, with a superb meal and great choice of drinks. The staff were really helpful and friendly, especially when I checked in.”
