"The Hideaway is a treasure! The pictures cannot capture how cool and special this place is! We stayed in the house which was very comfortable for our family of 4. "Situated conveniently in the center of town. Restaurant a couple doors down which served dinner until 8, which was good due to our later arrival. Diamond Cafe across the Diamond was great for breakfast. Opens at 8:30 am. Check-in was easy; just got the keys at the bar and the hostess showed us the room. Street parking was easy and free. We based here to explore the northernmost part of Donegal."

The cottage was stocked with enough coffee for our first morning (and more) but we picked up some groceries, including more Nespresso pods and breakfast foods. We ate our other meals out and greatly enjoyed the fresh and local food. We highly recommend Ubiquitous which had a lovely atmosphere and a variety of small plates along with a well-stocked bar. The second night, we ordered in takeaway from Sherpa and enjoyed their authentic Indian food."
