Directions were good but it would have been more useful if we could have seen the name from afar. Only 2 of the letters in the name were lit up which made it difficult to spot. We entered a secure gated parking area which we were happy about and despite the very late check-in, we were met with a very friendly and helpful Reception and Security who ensured that we were settled swiftly. Check in and out was done quickly and the security guard was present and helpful with all our luggage. Room was very basic but found all facilities to be adequate for our purpose and for the price, it would be all any-one would need if on business or needing to be near the airport. Left at 5 and got to the airport in 15min. The only downside was that my side of the bed had a hollow where the mattress was collapsing. Replacing the mattress would be highly recommended. An extra towel would have been good as we had a child travelling with us too. From what we saw of the hotel, it was very well presented, neatly laid out and clean. Took 1 & 1/2 hour to check-in. Thereafter given a room that was not cleaned. They had to move me twice as the cleaners was still cleaning the rooms at 4pm. Very noisy. Smelt very bad, Hair all over the bathroom. Brought it to the attention of the cleaner.
