"The staff were exceptional at Knock Hotel. In particular the manager Steven helped me miraculously when upon arrival I found out I had booked extra rooms that I did not realize I didn’t cancel. His persistence and efficiency in dealing with this matter were nothing short of a miracle. This matter was cleared up without delay thanks to his focus and wanting his guests to have an enjoyable peaceful stay which we did. His kindness and attention to breakfast and supper details were second to none. The staff worked tirelessly with the meals. Petra and David stand out for me for their exceptional hospitality. The other staff and housekeeping manager was also very friendly and helpful with clean comfortable rooms. I highly recommend Knock hotel when staying at this wonderful Apparation site. Thank you"

"The property was outstanding. Staff was friendly, the breakfast was good, property was immaculate. Parking was plentiful. But in the main building there was no AC and a tiny window to circulate air. That’s just a selfish opinion but that’s the only minimal complaint if you even want to call it a complaint. More like a spoiled American complaining about nothing. I’d DEFINITELY stay here again. Perfect midway point from Dublin to Galway. And if you decide to get a little lost in Roscommon, well worth the wandering."

"A magical stay near Bracklagh — perfect for familiese had an excellent stay at Tigh Mhic in Bracklagh with our two boys, and it’s easy to see why this spot is so special. The quaint country road leading to the cottage set the tone right away, and we were delighted to find Shetland ponies and surrounding farms just outside — a real treat for our kids. A local cat took a liking to us during our stay, and it became one of those small, unexpected moments the boys still talk about.One of our favorite surprises was the hidden bar in the cottage — such a unique and special touch that made the stay feel even more memorable.The location was ideal for us, as it’s close to family in Cloonfad, making it easy to combine a relaxing cottage stay with visits nearby. The host was incredibly kind and went out of their way to help us find the house, which we really appreciated.We’d happily stay at Tigh Mhic again and recommend it to any family looking for a peaceful, scenic base in this part of Ireland."
