Loved the helpful staff giving help and tips of all kinds. The Bottle boy pub was great time, great locals hang out . great pints. cleanest and best washrooms lay out. Very thankful shout out to the front of house Martin and the best Pub staff Kevin and Mustafa. every night there was a delight Stayed in the double room with balcony with lots of room and fresh air. great shower. Great location close to all city centre attractions and bus routes. We had 2 bedroom apartment which had everything we needed. There were only 2 of us - would be ok for a family with small children but 6 adults would be bit tight. At £350 per night, it’s not cheap and there’s not a pretty view from the apartment. But it’s not that type of break. Check-in was fine - be prepared for 15 minute walk from key office to the apartment. Strongly recommend asking people for recommendations such as food, bars, buses, etc. Irish we met were fun and fabulous. And probably the best food in any city - go for independent cafes and restaurants. Plenty of great pubs to choose from (dont stick to Temple Bar).

The service at The Dylan was superb! Everything from the desk staff to restaurant was first rate. We stayed three days before flying to London for a brief visit before returning. The staff was helpful in putting our extra luggage aside until we returned, at which time everything was brought to our room in advance. We highly recommend staying here!

Location was amazing. But, the thermostat beeped 3 times every few minutes for days. The shower was tiny, I kept turning the water off with my elbow while showering. If you took a shower early in the morning to catch a full day tour the water was not hot. Later in the day it was very hot. When I booked I read that the rooms had washers and dryers. When we checked in we found out only 2 had them and it wasnt ours. We did laundry at a laundromat that ended up costing a $100 plus a taxi to and from. The refrigerator scraped the floor everytime we opened it. It wasn't quiet.
