Unique relaxing rural setting with all the urban amenities

The hotel is a beautiful property in the most perfect part of center of Montpellier. The room was perfect. Great view. Great size. Clean and simply perfect. We dined at a the fine dining rest. One night. It was simply perfect . What is missing in this hotel is great experienced staff. We stayed for a week in this hotel. The young girl that helped us check out and one other young lady were ok. Everyone else. No comment. The bar manager was one of the worst we experienced. My husband had a special request. We waited for half an hour and we never received our drink so we just cancelled our order. The hotel reception the night before our departure told us there is problem with the electricity. Helping us to change our room but when we were telling him we don’t wanna move to a room smaller than our original one he gives you a service with no eye contact. We travel around the world and always in 5 star hotels. The staff of this hotel were from from what you expect in 5 stars and that was disappointing.

Beautiful, well maintained property. Our room was wonderful and the views were incredible. All of the staff are delightful and helpful. The beach chairs and amenities are not available in October, but that’s understandable for the off-season. Room service was so easy and delivered in less than 15 minutes. Loved our stay and will return.

Facilities and service were all outstanding. They upgraded our room upon arrival and were able to accommodate last-minute dinner and spa reservations. Only downside was that our itinerary just allowed us to stay one night. We will have to stay at least a few days on our next visit. Highly recommended.
