I was in a King Suite on the 36th floor, and the view was incredible. The room was a nice size, it almost felt like a small apartment. The bedroom was very comfortable. I really enjoy this hotel and I definitely plan on staying again. My room, although the view was nice, the room was crap! The toilet did not work the 2 nights I stayed and I purchased a premium king suite! Requested for toilet to be repaired; they sent a maintenance man up to the room. He arrive pretty fast and he was there for 2 mins just to say “It’s working fine to me.” My wife and I literally did not have a working toilet. Also, called down to ask the front desk for additional towels and of course never received them. The towel rack in the bathroom literally kept falling off the wall. The bifold closet in bedroom was also broken so the closet door never closed. I would have to say, I’ve stayed at a few Embassy Suites, this is by far the worst. I will never visit again. We had problems with turning on the shower there was something wrong with the hardware. The walls in the bathroom could use a scrubbing. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom as well. The light cover on the ceiling outside of the bathroom fell and didn’t shatter because it was plastic thank goodness. We told person when we checked out and they didn’t seem bothered about it.
