“Hotel runs a scam show. When we went to breakfast the lady advised it was free. We asked 3 times. After we finished another lady gave us a bill for $60. We spoke to the front desk and he wouldn’t help. They also have very strong security and they refused to let us leave the hotel until we paid. We ended up paying 1/2 the bill and we disputed with our credit card and got the other half of the money back after we explained what occurred. Avoid Mali and avoid this hotel. ”

“Tried for weeks to get a hold of Onomo to organize my arrival airport pick up. They do not answer their phone, Whatsapp, email or Expedia chat message. Even my tour guide couldn't get a hold of anyone at the hotel. Very frustrating. ”

“Le personnel est très gentil et serviable - toujours disponible et prêts à aider.
L'emplacement est merveilleux.
Les chambres sont un peu délabrées.... l'électricité a besoin d'être refaite à neuf et les chambres repeintes.
