“We changed room twice because air-conditioning unit was bad in 1 room smelt like damp clothes, the other room also had issues with air-conditioning unit and the extractor fan in bathroom did not work so room smelt of pee, the towel rack was hanging off wall, we was on 5th floor and no lift which was annoying ”

“The room we rented was not very clean , its kinda run down and we had no wifi for the first 24 hours ,we did enjoy the pool , the baht bus runs around 30 minutes apart which is not too convenient if you need to get somewhere and after dark forget the bus altogether find another mode of transportation”

“I booked this room based on the Google Maps location so that we would be within walking distance to the Water Buffalo Racing Festival. The location on Google showed .5km, the actual distance from the festival was 7.1kms, NOT walking distance.
We also didn’t enjoy waiting for 30 minutes for a staff member to show up for our check in. Another guest was waiting too, but walked away after waiting longer than us.
And finally, after a long drive, I didn’t notice until the next day that the staff……

“The property is very equal to a bed sit condo you would rent in Bangkok. Staff were friendly & made check in easy. Area is quiet at night time, has a Thai village feel, with a 711 about 20 meters from front entrance.”

“Your hotel 's staff is good . reception & cleaning staff is OK
But,there is no patio and top roof.
You must tell the truth,therefor your staff has problems.
And if you have shower toilet,I will stay at Racha at least 20days for a year.

“It goes to say that the money you pay for a room not really propertional with what you get. It was the most affordable hotel I took in Thailand and still managed to provide so much value. The air conditioning was on spot. Bathtub nice. Close to party but not that closed to have time to think about the time out before you get in the room back. ”
