Tried in vain to recover my funds from Hotel .com or the Hotel, both blamed the other !! No refund. Awful treatment of customer from both parties. Goes with out saying i will never use this app again, watch out !! If You have a genuine problem you can forget getting your money back !! ”

“Very unique experience. I’ve never been in a space ship, but that’s probably what it would be like. Ultra hi tech pod. Everything was electronic, from the toilet to the curtains. Even a skylight another bed to watch the stars. All the movie streaming from a ceiling projector. What a view! So lucky to see the low hanging fog against the lush green mountains in the morning, A delicious breakfast delivered to the pod exactly when we requested. Incredible little staff that didn’t miss any details.……
