"The room was excellent. We had the best night of sleep! The accommodations were amazing: clean, comfortable and safe with easy access to restaurants and parking. "

"We had to be in Oxfordshire for the funeral of a very special friend and came across the Red Lion in our search for accommodation for a couple of days.
Our experience was excellent - the room was fine and very comfortable and the kitchen provided excellent menus. But the main comment is how brilliant your staff were - they made our visit so much more agreeable than it might have been."

"The hotel is located in a shopping mall and the property is NOT visible from any road. No sign pointing to the hotel either. Very hard to find the hotel. The room is clean and everything worked.
No house keeping for the 3 days we stayed. All meals must be pre-purchased. "

"Kitchen and floors were not clean at all. Food still stuck to cutlery and dirty glasses. Grubby work tops. Lots of cobwebs in the house, which is due to lack of cleaning. Bed & bathroom were clean enough. No mirrors in any of the rooms, we had to share 1 mirror in the landing between 5 girls which isn’t that great. To be honest if you’re not overly fussy or care where you stay it’s a great location and quiet village. "

"Easy parking, great breakfast, friendly and accommodating staff. On site restaurant with good menu options, great tasting food. Only downside shower has fixed head would prefer handset option. Great stay will definitely return."

"We know the heathfarm complex well and still we relax and enjoy the cottage and the surrounding countryside everytime we come and it doesn't matter in which season.
Walking around the property is always enjoyable, this time we were very close to deer. Although the weather was not great this time being able to light the wood fire in the evening makes for an ideal indoor evening."

"The room in the annex was great, the bed comfortable and had everything we needed.
The facilities were amazing, we really enjoyed the pool, sauna, steam room and gym. Buffet breakfast was included with the room and was delicious too!"
