This entire lower-level suite is a riverfront paradise for all seasons. Establish your home away from home somewhere you can sled in & out right from the front door of the property. Plenty of parking for toys, and plenty of room to sleep in the master bedroom equipped with a luxury queen sized mattress, with an on-suite bathroom attached. Enjoy a fully stocked Kitchen & a smart 50" TV waiting for you after a long day! Enjoy the beautiful artistry! The Space: Living Room \-55" Roku Smart TV \-Tv Stand \-Sleeper Sofa \-Couch \-End Table \-Standing Lamp \-Pillows \-Two Accent Chair \- Cot Kitchen \-Fully Stocked Kitchen \-Fridge/Freezer \-Stove/Oven \-Keurig coffee machine \-Coffee and Tea \-Cutlery and Cooking Essentials \-Dining Area (sits 4 people) Bedroom \-Queen Size Bed \-Night Table With Lamp \-Throw Blankets and Pillows \-Dresser \-Mirror Bathroom \-Toilet \-Sink \-Shower \-Body Towels and Hand Towels \-Hand Soap \-Body Wash \-Shampoo and Conditioner Guest Access: You'll have access to the ENTIRE LOWER SUITE with some shared spaces such as the backyard. Please note there is another UNIT in the upper suite. These are two separate suites, completely sectioned off, and with separate entrances. Parking and backyard is shared at times when both levels are reserved. The door is at the back around the left side. The Neighborhood: Located in the heart of Ontario, tucked away from the bustle of the big city but close enough to visit. Central to several mid-sized cities and halfway between Toronto and Ottawa, Bancroft offers the tranquility of the Canadian Shield with all the amenities of a modern community. Bancroft was built alongside the same York River that this house overlooks. Directly across from the river from this UNIT is the main park where most of the concerts and events are held. Behind the house are many walking trails and a pedestrian bridge reinforced for snowmobilers and walkers alike. Getting Around: Bancroft is a small town and many necessities are within walking distance however there's plenty of parking for multiple vehicles in the driveway. Other Things to Note: • Please make sure to read and explore your Boarding Pass for detailed check-in ( and check out ) instructions and other information you need during and after your stay. We understand that accidents can happen during your stay, and we want to ensure that both you and the property are protected. For your peace of mind, we offer two options: 1) Non-refundable Damage Waiver: For a small fee, this waiver covers accidental damages (up to $250) during your stay. 2) Refundable Safety Deposit: A credit card hold, that will be refunded upon a successful property inspection after your stay. These options will be presented to you through our Guest App after booking. Interaction with Guests: Just to set proper expectations, our support line is available only until 2 am. Room is vey clean, quiet and super privacy. Bed is very comfortable, AC is cold. Full kitchen, nice décor. Furnitures looks much better than IKEA stuff. In-suit W&D machines are plus. Lot of parking, we actually park at the back of house, right in front of our door. about 100m away has a community park, kids can play there and swim in the river. Downtown Bancroft is just cross the river, and restaurants and grocery stores are really close as well.
