I have a lovely stay. The staff is very kind and helpful. The location is great for many touristy things, although the some surrounding part might not be very clean. Highly recommend.

Great location to or my travel needs opposite the old train station. Great views . Busy and at times noisy intersection. Easy walk to China town. Older style but still ok.

A nice tidy hotel close to China town. Also easy access to trians and ferries. Hotel is comfortable with large rooms and bathrooms. Pool area is also good.

All in all - a nice stay

Hotel in nice distance to Chinatown and free parking. Minibar well filled, not very expensive and restaurant had good food to a pleasant price. The room was a little bit disappointing regarding the price of the room, but clean and ok All in all, a nice stay

We really enjoyed our stay here with out 5 month old. In a great location close to china town. We found access to the hotel a bit odd with check in and reception on the 12th floor . Maintenance taking place on the lifts which became a little confusing to access the right floors. Didnt try breakfast but enjoyed the pool area

I wasn't impressed by the noise, lack of light in the room (there is just a window with artificial light), and that only one elevator out of three were working. It is conveniently located few minutes away walking distance from Chinatown.

Great position for railway station and China town.staff were very friendly and polite and if you needed anything it was done straight away.breakfast was geared up mainly for Asian tastes but found enough for my needs and the evening meals were very good and reasonably priced.

The breakfast was good and the fitness center is good too. The room was connected to another room by a door and there was some sound transference between the rooms because of this, but it was a minor annoyance.

Slightly worn but clean overall

The hotel is clean and comfortable, no bells or whistles. Centrally located, close to chinatown. Reception is on level 12 so upon entering the building, it was somewhat confusing.

Nice sunsets from the roof top!

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is good for first-time stayers in Bangkok, because it's close to the Chinatown, Metro and so on. We especially enjoyed the sunset from the balcony, but the pool and sunbeds are located that way that you don't have sun the whole day.

Good facilities with pool and bar. Service was ok. It is obviously temporary but there was a serious issue with lifts and only one lift functioning at the time (looks like some maintenance is taking longer than anticipated) which made it very difficult at peak (checkout) times. If you rely on lifts working you may double check with the hotel before confirming or ensure you leave in plenty of time to avoid the queues. Also looks like some lifts go to room floors, some don’t. Somewhat confusing.

Overnight only but great spot for sights! Only two gripes. Overpowering scent in room, couldn’t find the source but thought it might be coming through with the air conditioning units. Breakfast was woeful for European consumption. Sausage and bacon were both cold as was the coffee from the machine.

Good location for transportation if you like the Chinatown area. Elevator system is a bit odd to access the lobby and your rooms... hotel was very busy the days we stayed so the lifts were slow. Overall the rooms were nice and service was OK. The rooftop pool and terrace have fabulous views

A great property. Walking distance to Bangkok railway station as well as hualamphong metro station. China town is a stone's throw away. The only downside is almost no vegetarian option at breakfast. Only fruits, bread and coffee to start your day.
