Wanda Vista Quanzhou
"Great hotel with Wanda Plaza just close by. Aircon was not cold and could smell cigarette smoke in elevator. Some nights the room smelled of smoke. Unsure why. Overall I wish the hotel imposed the no smoking policy more strictly."
