Fabulous stay in the woods
Beautiful way to experience rain is in a Yurt! 1st time visiting Acadia with moody fog and rain. Felt cozy and connected with nature. All the amenities available with lovely touches to make your stay even more enjoyable. Well stocked kitchen and the best hot shower! Such a pleasant experience. My dog loved her stay as well. Would love to return. Thank you!

Fabulous Yurts!
The Yurts were an incredible experience!! Very clean, very well maintained. Great to have in-yurt kitchens and bathrooms. Never was cold- there were multiple heaters around the yurt (Even in the bathroom)! Really neat to have a sky light at the top of the yurt. You could see the stars at night and hear the wind blowing through the trees! Would definitely go back again.

The BEST place to stay in Southwest Harbor!
This was our second stay at Acadia Yurts and needless to say, it won’t be our last. Karen and Aaron have thought of everything and are fantastic hosts. The location is perfect - off the beaten path just enough, but still close to the main park, Bar Harbor, etc. We had a great week and are already looking forward to our next round of adventures on MDI!

Fabulous stay!
My husband, our dog, and I stayed at Acadia Yurts for a week. The communication with the owners was seamless. The check- in instructions were clear and the process simple. I had never been “ glamping” before but I’m sold on it now! The property is quiet with ample privacy from other yurts. I especially appreciated access to our own charcoal grill and screen house which enabled us to enjoy even more of the great outdoors! We will definitely stay again and have already recommended Acadia Yurts to friends.
