Stayed at the Main Street Motel for two nights. Room was clean and modern. Bathroom was decent and had good water pressure. Bed was soft and comfy. Pillows could be a bit softer. There was an “odd” smell. Wasn’t bad but was noticeable. Stopped noticing it after a while. Really liked the short walk to down town. Hard to beat the price. If you’re looking for a cheap hotel close to everything and don’t care about amenities, then this is the place for you.

The property was clean and comfortable. It is located about a half mile from the harbor on Main Street. I liked this because it felt less congested but still an easy walk to shops and dining. If in Bar Harbor I would stay here again.

Nice big rooms. They were ver clean. Bathroom was clean and had a lot of towels. Right in the center of access to the town and Acadia. The only thing I did not like was the Roku tv. 1000 channels of nothing. Very hard to find channels. Otherwise the hotel was very nice. I would recommend it.

Yes the room is tiny but clean and overall decent stay. Not sure why its 5 star rated, no breakfast no lobby and over priced.

My room looked like the picture online. It was modest but generally clean and comfortable. I generally stay at Marriott Fairfields and Courtyards when traveling. This place was OK for 50's/60's era motel. I couldn't figure out the Roku TV but I'm old and I didn't bother asking the desk.

Staff very friendly and accommodating! Room was very nice and clean. Very noisy because right near construction and they started at 8 am. Overall pretty nice and good to stay for a night. Good location!

This was a motel was in a great location (quiet, yet walkable to shops and dining), the staff was very friendly, the beds super comfortable, with daily housekeeping , if desired. The only drawback was the room lighting was dim, except in the bathroom. Highly recommend.

The motel was great but we were there 4 nights and had no room service. No new linen, no trash pickup and the foors were not cleaned. I chuckled at the room service tip envelope asking to reward the help for their work. Other than making the room clean and neat for the first night, we received no service until we asked.

It's everything you need to enjoy one of the best NPs in the country. The convenience of having pizza and laundry was just what we needed. Everything was clean and just right. If you're looking for all of the amenities and fluff- this may not be the place for you. If you're looking for great service, cleanliness, and location - this is perfect!
