Room was spacious and accommodated our group perfectly for our girls weekend away. Great view of York beach from our balcony. However, there was no staff on site all weekend. I was notified that the office would be closing at 3 on Friday, and how to access our room keys, but this message didn't state that the office would be closed all weekend. We also had issues with one of the TVs in the room and couldn't get in touch with anyone to resolve the issue.

It’s right on Long Sands Beach, a five minute drive to Nubble Lighthouse and downtown shops. Very friendly and accommodating staff. My only challenge was the limited parking, but i was always able to find a spot when I needed to.

The place was clean and the location was nice. The room view was pretty sparse, had to lean out to see the water But there was a community deck with lounges at the end of the hall that was really nice, we used that a lot. Rooms on the even side have a much better view. All in all it was a reasonable place for a few nights.

Great renovated room 50 feet from the ocean! Perfect for a 5 day stay with our dogs and appreciated the mini kitchen. Comfortable bed that was just the right amount of support and a variety of pillows. Loved that there was a coffee and taco truck right out front but it has seasonal hours. Great location within walking distance to everything York Beach has to offer!
