The bedroom spaces were perfect for us. There was lots of storage and places for our clothes & things. The living spaces were great, with plenty of room for us to be together and separate. My husband & I had to do some work and the WiFi worked well for us. The apartment is a short 2 blocks to a metro and there are lots of great food & shops within a block or two. I would have given this rating a five if we didn’t have the washroom problem, and if the owner has given us the instructions a day before in advance how to access the apartment (I messaged 2 days before arrival about the info.). Apparently, they messaged me the information the day of arrival, but I didn’t see it until the evening, which made me nervous. It never got cooler than 80 degrees at night, and the one AC that was located in the area of the bedrooms was not particularly strong. The location and the apartment was wonderful. The only thing that I did not like was there was no A/C in the bedrooms, just in the common areas. All were able to sleep comfortably and was great how the beds were single beds for most to have their own bed. There was also a pull out couch which gives an extra space for guests. The place was right next to Sagrada Familia and a great view from the balcony. There were cafe's, market's and bike rentals all within 3 to 5 minute walk. I would definitely stay here again. Such a perfect location to be at and the VIEW from the balcony is WOW. And the place looks much bigger than actual pictures showing on site. I highly recommend this place for anyone! Communication with host very slow and only through VRBO message app. Very uncomfortable having to send passport images over message app. Please destroy passport info. The bathrooms had a strong dank odor to them, that was very offensive. It was my first stay in a European apartment, so I didn’t know what to expect. This left me disappointed. I would not rent this location again. Positives: it was close to metro and Sagrada Familia. Kitchen was decent. They were very accommodating with our early checkin. ##### Liz Q. Ideal for families. A block away from la Sagrada Familia and it's subway station. 2 bathrooms and A/C units. You'll find bakeries and supermarket around the corner. It's a managing company but the communication was great and the appartement had the basics needed to cook some meals. One of the A/C unit was not functionning, I'm sure they will fix it. You have to know that the payment will be processed through the company's own website. We would return to this place if we come back to Barcelona. ##### Sébastien B. A nice balcony view of the Sagrada Familia which is nice to look at when hanging out. The rooms were well appointed. The only thing is the elevator is iffy at times which made us nervous but you could use the stairs with a 6 floor walk up so I wouldn't recommend for elderly people traveling with no one who can climb stairs when elevator gets stuck on a floor. ( It was something with the outer door and wind). The walls are thin and you can hear neighbors walking around upstairs but it wasn't horrible just noticeable. Would definitely recommend for it was close to all! Sites, buses, metro, restaurants, site seeing etc... We really enjoyed our stay! ##### BRENDA B.
