Very Nice hotel, with quick access from the Las Ramblas and Metro. Nice roof top bar, the pool is quite small, however a good area to hang out.

We didn't know until we got there that our cab driver warned us to be careful for pickpockets, etc., because this area was considered dangerous. We didn't particularly find that so and were not afraid to walk the neighborhood which we did and found some good, ethnic dining.

Hotel was nice but we did not get the room we booked and had to get a new room window. The shower door or door to the toilet didn’t open completely so we had a difficult time going in and out the shower and I’m 120lbs.

The staff was exceptional! Very friendly and knowledgeable. The food and drinks were excellent. The room and terrace were very pretty. The room was a bit hot however, even with the temperature turned down to the lowest, and the water in the shower kept on going in and out. The area around the hotel appeared unsafe at times as well, but inside the hotel was wonderful. Overall I would definitely come back to stay again.

The common areas such as the lobby and the roof top were excellent. The room looked tired with peeling laminate floors, dirty grout in the shower stalls. The windows in the room were frosted so you count even see outside. The staff was great and very helpful. I just didn’t think it was a 4 star hotel

The location and common areas of the hotel are great. Service was spotty at best. Rooms are very small. Our handheld showerhead didn’t work very well and the lever to turn on the bathroom sink would not stay In place, so it had to be held in order to keep the water running. They do not do a very good job of replacing waters and coffee in the rooms as you use them. I could not recommend this as a four star hotel.

Lovely hotel seeped in history and character. Just had a lovely vibe about it. We only had breakfast there which was excellent. The location was excellent for local transport, buses and metro. All round excellent, really pleased with my choice.
