Occupying the whole of the 5th floor and covering a total area of 700 m2 the flat is completely surrounded by terraces and has large windows to enjoy the views and allow light to enter. It is well connected to the rest of Barcelona by both public transport and taxi. However despite it's prime location the flat is far from the hustle and bustle of tourism and within a few minutes walk of the impressive yet tranquil monastery that lends its name to this neighborhood. The stylish building has the comfort and security of a concierge during week days; has a big parking space for more than 4 cars. The lift takes you directly into the main entrance and from there to the big living room, with 2 different sofa spaces and the library, which includes an office and comfortable sofas to relax whilst listening to music and reading. Has an independent dining room connected to a big well furnished terrace. The flat is fabulously decorated and includes 3 fireplaces. Has two principal bedroom each with own ensuite (including hydro massage bath one of them), a large dressing-room and two guest rooms with a share bathroom. Also a room for the maid with bathroom.
