“The place is a large farmhouse, 1000 years ago it was used by farming monks. 15 minutes from Barcelonette and everything the Ubaye valley and the Mercantour have to offer (We're hikers, but folks come here to bike or drive their Porsches on mountain roads too). Diane and Frederic are wonderful and attentive hosts and the home made breakfast will definitely make you come for more.”

“This is the perfect place to relax, enjoy magnificent landscape (the Alps, plus not far from the beautiful Serre-Poncon lake), and to have a nice gastronomic experience. Staff is very nice and rooms very clean.”

“This felt like a very special place to stay with my husband and 4 year old son. It was a real mountain adventure and we hadn’t realised just how close the small village centres would be. We were treated to an extra surprise when there was live music in the village on the Friday night as we had a wonderful meal. Alpin d’home has thought about everything and all the small touches made it feel like a luxury stay. We would love to stay again.”

“Literie déplorable. Aucun matelas en bon état. Les lits de 90 juste 1 matelas sur 1 planche...douche sans mitigeur. Tiroir de meuble de toilette cassé...chasse d eau défectueuse...chaque locataire laisse ses restes d épicerie...donc pas de rangement en cuisine...etc..”
