“Das Haus liegt toll außerhalb des Ortes. Es ist sehr ruhig und man ist total für sich. Die Vermieter sind mega nett und kümmern sich super um das Haus. Es ist total sauber und topp ausgestattet. Durch Pool und Außenküche, haben wir viel Zeit draußen verbracht - super entspannt. ”

“Sauberes, modern eingerichtete Villa mit einem außergewöhlichen Außenbereich in Strandnähe. Sehr führsorgliche und unkomplizierte Vermieter, die sich um das Wohl der Gäste bemühen, immer ansprechbar und erreichbar! Es war für uns, Familie mit Kind und 2 Hunden eine erholsame und entspannte Zeit im Haus und Umgebung. Es ist eine Reise wert!”

“Wir wurden sehr freundlich von den Gastgebern empfangen, inkl. Canistrelli und Wein (vielen Dank!). Das Haus ist blitzsauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man brauchen könnte. Wir haben jeden Morgen das Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit Meerblick genossen und die Kinder fanden es toll, abends nochmal in den warmen Pool zu gehen. Ein wunderchöner Urlaub für uns und wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf ein Wiedersehen!”

“We had a great stay! The house is clean and in a good location! You can walk to local beaches and its a quick drive/train to Cannes/Nice/Antibes. We had our 10-month-old with us and we found the sleep options for her to be comfortable and the room itself downstairs is dark and quiet so your little one will be able to sleep without being disturbed!”

Le jacuzzi et le sauna pour recharger les batteries, la salle de jeu pour s’amuser en famille et le très grand jardin idéal pour les enfants. Impossible de s’ennuyer il y en a pour tout le monde.”

“For a property that can accommodate 10 people, there was only one pool loungers despite photos on VRBO this year showing at least 6. This happened last year too and new loungers were not provided until the day we left. When contacted this year the host informed us that there was no intention of replacing loungers until next season! ( What happened to the ones that were delivered on our leaving the villa last year? ). VRBO could not help resolve this matter either as Sonia the host according to……

“Schönes anwesen, sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.Sehr schöner pool und aussenanlage. Brummen aus dem technikraum von 10 bis ca. 18 uhr.Nachts schön ruhig. Ort und supermarkt in 10 minuten zu fuss zu erreichen. Lidl mit dem auto 5 minuten.Leider ein industriekomplex und stinkeweiher in ca. 500 m entfernung. Belästigung aber nur wenn der wind ungünstig steht.Aber sonst alles top.SupermarktIn ca. 500 meter ent”

“Wir waren 14 Tage in dieser Unterkunft. Es war alles sauber,gut ausgestattet. Uns hats an nichts gefehlt. Sylvie, unsere Gastgeberin war sehr hilfsbereit und grosszügig. Während unserem Aufenthalt wurden in den 3 Schlafzimmern je 1 Klimaanlage montiert während 3 Tagen. Als Gegenleistung hat uns Sylvie 3 Nächte kostenlos angeboten. Diese werden wir im kommenden Winter einlösen. Das ist ein faires Angebot. Wir waren froh, im Schlafzimmer eine Klimaanlage zu haben da es sehr heiss war. Der Garten……

“The house is very beautiful, very quite and confortable, there is all the necessary to live in. It's well-connected and easaly achievable from all the main locations we visited, it's far from Antibes, Cannes, Nice or Saint Paule de Vence about 30 minutes. Biot is a very small but lovely village.”
