“Earlier I thought that this would be a shabby place; but I was totally surprised when I reached there. So here is the story…. The Hotel is located on the riverfront of the peaceful site ‘Colvale Villege’, Bardez the old town. We requested for an early check-in, it was approved, we request for a late check-out, it was approved also, even on a off season time, some hotel would not have approved it. “The staff are all absolutely amazing, so friendly and polite. The hotel is exceptionally clean. They go out of their way to help you. The breakfast was fabulous, so many varieties to cater for all and again the staff serve your every need. The only, very minor point I have is the bathroom, the layout is a bit odd and the shower doors have a gap which means water leaks out all over the bathroom.”

“It was a nice experience overall living in Taj for two days. One of the best things is the staff was very helpful in arranging tours and booking taxis. But one point Taj might improve is, though we have paid online for such a room for three people, we were told still that we have to be charged for an extra bed, which is not expected when we placed the order. ”

“Very quiet local beach nearby, practically to ourselves during the day but a bit busier overnight. Much nicer than the tourist beaches Without a car, would be reliant on taxi etc to get anywhere else. The service was amazing, the kokum welcome drink was lovely!”
