“The room, actually the 3 rooms I was offered were full of mould, including pillows which were grey because of the mould. And that’s a 40€ a night “business” hotel.
After 30 min discussion with the manager, at 11pm I finally managed to cancel the reservation and was promised a full refund, even got a paper as a proof.
Of course didn’t happen. They count the reservation to take the money. Had to contact an agent for a refund.
Avoid the property.”
