The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed was wonderful, a lovely firm mattress ! Had a good sleep. Nice big walk in shower with lovely water pressure. Room was well heated in the cold weather.

This was our first time together in Barham. We chose well the view from our room of the river was amazing. we also found out that they had pet friendly rooms Bonus our little dog can come next time.

Comfortable Stay.

Nice clean updated room, friendly staff and easy check-in. In a great location with easy walk to shops and clubs. Room was fairly quiet considering the proximity to the main road. Right opposite the Murray River with walking track along the river.
