Was great for an overnight stay. Bed was comfy.

I booked two triple rooms for my family and I. Check in was easy and check staff friendly and efficient. Rooms were clean, quiet. They had enough pillows and towels. The soap and shampoo dispensers were fully stocked. The power shower was great and easy to use. There was hair dryer, ironing board and iron in the room and tea and coffee properly stocked. The lighting in the bathroom and room was nice and bright. I was really impressed by the high standards at the hotel and rooms prices. Excellent value for money and was a great place to stay with my family. I was travelling with children so being able to buy food and drink on site was handy as well as Mcdonalds close by. I would definitely stay at this Best Western again.

The service from the restaurant staff is impeccable. They are trained to a very high standard and we appreciate that attention to detail. We ordered from the Indian food menu and it was delicious with wine recommended by the server. Details that matter such as clean windowsills and soft furnishings and the small leisure centre This is the second stay and we will visit again

I needed this place to stay overnight for work purposes. For that - and the price - it was perfectly fine. Room was clean, had tea / coffee making facilities - and the place was close to Blaby town centre. Place is undergoing restoration though - so parts of it are untidy; it doesn't look like the photo on the website. No breakfast. Receptionist Glen though was very helpful. Good communication. I would recommend this place for work purposes - it's functional - but would not recommend it for holiday purposes.
