There have been multiple occasions where I had to call but no one answered, and when I sent a message it sometimes took 30 minutes or even a few hours to receive a reply. In some cases, guests may need to collect the key themselves for check-in, which seems to be the normal process here. Some rooms do not have a microwave,……
