It needs to be updated badly, some staff at desk hateful, no activities really.

The property Was beautiful, food a the restaurant was delicious. The inly negative thing I have to saw was our bath tub water did not as hot as we had wish to soak. Villa was amazing

The resort’s location is one of its strongest points, with stunning views. Whether you're looking for adventure or relaxation, the location really delivers on both fronts. Unfortunately, the property itself is in need of some updates. The aging decor and some maintenance issues hold it back. It didn’t necessarily impact my overall stay, but I was expecting a bit more considering the price point. For the most part, the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, there were a few individuals who could benefit from some additional customer service training. A couple of interactions felt a bit impersonal or rushed, which was disappointing. One area that definitely needs improvement is the dining options. There aren’t many choices when it comes to restaurants, and the reservation process is confusing. It’s hard to figure out how to book a table, and when you do manage to get one, the food doesn’t always live up to expectations. More variety and a smoother reservation system would make a huge difference.
