“My wife tends towards OCD and even she found this property spotless. I’m an architect and built my own home and I found the workmanship in the home excellent. The couple who hosted us were delightful and the service and breakfast were great. We only had a short walk to a delightful pub to make our stay first rate.”

“Gina is a super host. She was available to answer our queries about local walks, eating places. Elm tree farm is a quaint and delightful b&b, with many 17C period features The veiws are picturesque and the area is quiet and peaceful.Breakfast was delicious with locally sourced sausage, bacon and eggs with an array of Ginas homemade jams and marmalades. Motorbike parking was safe and off road. A pleasure to stay.Highly recommend and will return if in the area again.”

“Great location for exploring south east Yorkshire. We stayed just one night on a trip to Spurn Point, but so enjoyed Paull Farm that we are thinking about when we could return, stay longer and explore further.
