This is a beautiful, traditional hotel with excellent customer service. Staff are friendly and very helpful. It is placed perfectly by both the central tram and railway stations and you can get a bus almost door to door between the airport and the hotel. Breakfast was delicious. Room well serviced and comfortable. I would warn anyone though, that if you are a light sleeper there is background noise and a little vibration from the trams. But to be fair, they do supply earplugs! Looking forward to returning.

Perfect location for walking everywhere in old town and it was a decent size for our family of 2 adults and 2 older teens. The main reason we loved it was nice cold AC for these Texans during a very hot heat wave (100+ F). Good to cool off at night after dripping with sweat all day.

The facility was fantastic…location, space, room 102 was amazing. We loved overlooking the courtyard. Our only complaint was that using the washer dryer was not easy and the directions not clear….the staff did the best they could. I would recommend having clear written instructions for future guests.
