Only had one night but wish we had longer. Everything was great, good quality, super clean and spacious room, staff very helpful. Will definitely be back to make more of this great hotel I the future.

Very disappointed! Hotel advertised having a restaurant and cafeteria, neither of which were open! Hotel also advertised having wine and champagne available but were told at reception that only food and drink available was from a vending machine. As there were no bars or restaurants nearby in this industrial port area, we ended up with a packet sandwich from the vending machine! For info, it was a Friday night stay in June.

The hotel is set on the river estuary, with beautiful views of boats bobbing up and down and a nice promenade to walk along.
On arrival the lift was broken so had to carry out cases up 2 floors, it was fixed by the next day.
Also we were told that the hotel was closed the next day so there were no reception, bar or food available. This seemed a bit odd for a hotel.
