We had a wonderful stay at the lodge. The property is beautiful, the food was delicious, and Dan and Brian were warm and attentive hosts. We loved the pool, the views, and the excursions they helped us arrange. It was a great family trip and we felt very well cared for.
We had an absolutely amazing trip, even with less than perfect weather. The house felt like home for a week. Great hosts, great staff, great food. A comfortable place in the jungle, away from it all. We were a lively group of eight, ranging in age from 16 to older than that, and everyone loved it. Dan (the chef) accommodated vegan and picky eaters and even made a fantastic dessert to celebrate a birthday. One of those trips that is hard to describe because it was an experience and a feeling. Rained some days but we still managed some fun journeys out, and celebrated Thanksgiving in a private lodge in the jungle. The weather doesn't matter when the place and the people are right. Can't get better than that.
