Servicing was not so matter as I didn't really call for servicing only asking for extra pillow and they are charging and that surprise me. Toilet was not really wash properly as the flooring smells urine. The best part is hotel surrounding with multi kind of food and tasty. Overall thank you Hotel Fresh One as I safely stay in this hotel.

When I checked in, no hot shower and I had to wait to change the room. I asked to put my fruit and drinks in the fridge but refused for the first couple of days which was unhappy for me but I asked again and I could have cool fruits and drinks.

Good for sleeping if u are out most of the time

Room was flooded close to midnight due to water from neighboring room. Staff tried hard bu6 couldn’t contain the situation. I had asked for couple of rags to barricade my room door while they clear the water. Should have done that first/concurrently for all units while mopping is being done, beside knocking on room and just saying sorry :| If not for the above , generally an ok place to stay for the night since we are out most of the time. But not suitable for a girls only stay, it’s pretty quiet and safety so so. If you are with spouse or family with male companion, I think it’s fine.

가격대비 괜찮지만 수건도 찢어져있고 욕실에 물이 안내려가서 방까지 넘칠까봐 걱정되고 발이 찝찝 했어요 거의 복숭아뼈까지 넘칠정도... 하지만 직원들의 서비스가 좋았고 저렴해서 좋았습니다

The best 2 star hotel rooms I've had stayed.

Very cosy Deluxe room with windows overlooking the "Beverly Hills" of Batam (Sukajadi area) and surrounded by a few hipster cafe and Hawker food stall around the buildings - Bright new concept lay out room (Not the old fashion type) - Clean with strong Wifi and good Air-con flow - Spacey toilet with Hot and Cold shower - Moderate water flow from the big head shower - Would be complete if they could provide a small refrigerator in the room.

Good location

There's a supermarket and a lot of affordable eateries nearby. It's a also a short drive to Radisson and Kepri Mall. You could probably walk but there's no proper pathway and you would need to walk alongside the traffic. The room itself was basic but it was good enough for a one night stay.
