"Second time staying in this hotel,rooms are clean,only the pillows are too soft,the hair dryer ain’t working well but we immediately got a replacement. The breakfast spread was good but seafood buffet was a little overpriced though. Their staffs were very friendly and helpful. Very nice experience staying with them and will definitely stay there again!"

"Clean, spacious room with an adequate pool and nice gym. Breakfast buffet was also nicely curated. Short walk to One Batam Mall although no proper road crossing. Would definitely stay again!"

"Got the room with the balcony, which was great. Dining at the hotel; buffet breakfast and dinner was great, good spread of varieties just shame that simple soft drinks such as Coke is not included with the buffet dinner. Hotel is also close and within walking distance from the reopened and revamp mall, which mean good dining options. Hotel is on the quieter side of Batam though, so meaning is farther away from the city center"

"To begin with, you will be recieved with great hospitality from the front desk to the other staffs at large.The rooms are well kept,however regular maintenance need to be addressed. Located near restaurants , convenient shops and a large food court serving a varieties of locals and Asian food.By night you can also chill with cold beers and a staged live band."
