Family suite online was depicted with a small dining/communal area and kitchenette and this was not true - there was a hallway, two bedrooms and the bathroom with no small communal area. A microwave and kettle were inside the wardrobe of one bedroom. All beds had electric blankets and extra blankets provided but only one bedroom had an aircon so the second bedroom and bathroom were much colder."
