Main door was locked using key and not card access, we were provided with only 1 key and caused inconvenience when going out. Master Room aircon was not working, had to turn on living room aircon at full blast to keep the room cooled. Windows were dirty and the nice city view was ruined by it. "This place offers amazing value. Beautiful rooftop pool, a basic gym, very comfy and spacious rooms and a great location. Restaurants are all around the hotel and it is only a 20 minute walk to get to the times square area. Would absolutely stay here again! I have never stayed in such a nice hotel for such a great price, no complaints at all."

"Firstly, there is no front desk at this hotel. When we arrived the driver gave us a key, told us where to go and left. We were left to carry all our luggage and sleeping baby ourselves.
