One day, the air conditioner in our room ceased to function. The hotel staff was unable to repair it, and unfortunately, they did not provide us with an alternative room. Consequently, we spent an entire night without air conditioning, which was an unpleasant experience. Additionally, our reservation included a room with a bathtub in the toilet; however, we were assigned a room without it.

My husband and I have stayed @ this Adina multiple times.Unfortunately this time we had to cancel our stay.However my daughter, son-in-law and 2 almost adult children travelled to Berlin and kept in constant contact and sent us so many positive observations which I have noted above!
