I did not like the fact that the air conditioning was really bad. I was not working at all meanwhile the hall's air conditioning was working. The customer service was not so good to provide a solution. Also, the room's logistic was not comfortable. Bathroom area was really uncomfortable.

Location was very convenient. The room some very small and there was only extremely hot water in the showers of both rooms I booked. Our wives almost burnt their skin, trying to shower at first. Had to wait for Hotel maintenance to make some adjustments with some controls before we had comfortable shower facilities.

Excellent location. Excellent rooms. The only and biggest drawback is that the bathroom has no doors. It’s very inconvenient if you are travelling with teenagers .

Our ‘ Superior” room was OK, but certainly not what one would call Superior in any way, but at the best average for what one would expect from a Radisson hotel. The promised free hotel WiFi proved useless, and the excuse was that the hotel was fully booked!! Well, if free WiFi is offered, then it should also work satisfactory at a fully booked hotel, which one may expect to be the case over the summer. OK, but certainly far from luxurious (expect of course for the pricing) Breakfast, however, was quite good.

Nice hotel in very nice area. Lots of great restaurants, grocery stores and very close to train and subway stations. It is within walking distance to all major attractions of Berlin. However, the room is noisy, not enough towels and you need to ask for coffee everyday. Front desk staffs are very nice and helpful.

Location was convenient. One of the 4 elevators in my bank was out for today's resulting in long delays. TheHotel has access to Alexanderplatz but this entrance was closed making one around the block through construction, which surrounded the Hotel on 3 sides.

The hotel itself was excellent, great location, the room was neat and comfortable with everything I needed. The only downside was that’s on my floor there was a huge group of teenagers staying also, and they were incredibly noisy, doors were constantly being slammed, every few minutes at some points, and they were loud, shouting, banging on doors, there was screaming one night. This isn’t the hotels fault by any means, it just spoilt my enjoyment slightly.
