The Space:
As you enter, you'll find yourself in a wide hallway, with the 3 bedrooms and a full bath on your left and the kitchen, dining area, and living room straight ahead. The primary bedroom and ensuite full bath are right off the main living area. The spacious well-stocked kitchen has a large center island for food prep and dining and flows seamlessly into the adjacent dining area and living room. An extra large plush sectional sofa provides plenty of space to stretch out and watch TV. The laundry area is conveniently situated off the kitchen.
Guest Access:
Guests are welcome to use all areas of the house and yard. This includes four private bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and even a comfortable office space in the primary bedroom. You'll also have access to amenities such as air conditioning, laundry facilities, and free parking on the premises.
The Neighborhood:
A quiet residential neighborhood of new homes in north Beaumont, located just 5 minutes from shopping and restaurants on Dowlen.
Getting Around:
For transportation, a personal vehicle is highly recommended due to the potential for limited ride-sharing options.
Other Things to Note:
This property welcomes business travelers for extended stays. Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out is 11:00 AM. For early check-in, please request before 10:00 AM, which is subject to availability and a $35 fee. Late check-out requests until 2:00 PM require prior notification before 5:00 PM the day before departure and incur a $35 fee if approved. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a $75 fee, and departure after 2:00 PM will be charged a full night's stay.
